ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I’m a Western Kentucky University graduate and have been a State Farm agent for 12 years. I’ve built an agency focused on initiative, problem-solving, and creating opportunities for people who are driven to succeed. For our team, we offer a strong compensation structure with salary plus commission, a 401(k), health benefits, and unlimited PTO. We also provide a high level of flexibility, including the opportunity to transition to a 4-day work week once training is completed. We believe in recognizing success and celebrating wins, whether that’s through monthly team lunches, outings like Topgolf, or other team events. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trent Ehrlich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS
