Goal Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and activity metrics. Expert Education : Guide potential clients through their coverage options with absolute confidence, ensuring they understand the value of being with State Farm. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary + Uncapped Commission : Base pay ranges typically start between $40,000–$50,000 depending on experience, with total earning potential of $70,000–$100,000+ for high performers.
