Print Operator – Fort Worth, TX Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Print Machines don't run without people like you. Take on this Print Operator role, keep the floor alive, and take home steady pay every week. Responsibilities Operate high-speed digital and/or offset color printing equipment. Run multiple printers simultaneously while maintaining production efficiency. Monitor print jobs to ensure quality, accuracy, and color consistency. Perform color calibration and quality checks throughout production runs. Follow work orders, job specifications, and production schedules. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine machine maintenance. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital or color print production environment. Experience operating Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, or similar digital printing presses preferred. Strong understanding of color theory, color matching, and calibration tools. Ability to manage multiple print jobs and machines simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to print quality standards. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
