You’ll help maintain customer satisfaction by proactively monitoring production timelines, resolving delays, and keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Order Management & Production Tracking Monitor work orders throughout the manufacturing lifecycle Utilize the company ERP system to track production status on the shop floor Coordinate with Purchasing regarding outside processing and service updates Identify potential scheduling risks before orders become overdue Customer & Sales Support Provide accurate order updates to customers and internal sales representatives Communicate proactively regarding delays, timeline adjustments, and shipment expectations Serve as a key liaison between operations and customer‑facing teams Process Improvement & Team Collaboration Support operational efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Assist with additional administrative and coordination duties as needed What We’re Looking For Preferred Skills & Strengths Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Excellent organization and time‑management abilities Ability to multitask in a deadline‑driven environment High attention to detail and follow‑through Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 2+ years of customer service or coordination experience preferred Manufacturing or fastener industry experience is a plus Desire to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career Join a Company That Values Precision, Teamwork & Growth At Big Bolt LLC, your work directly impacts customer success and operational excellence.
