Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, active licensure as an SLP in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly within school environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to support diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Deliver speech/language therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Participate in developing IEPs, documentation, and progress reports compliant with district and state guidelines
• Engage in professional development and stay current on best practices in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
