Essential qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Oregon
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Prior experience or strong interest in serving pediatric or school-aged populations
- Excellent collaboration, organization, and communication skills
Core responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other special education professionals to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy services and consultative support within classroom environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and help drive positive outcomes for diverse learners
