Food & Beverage Manager

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee daily operations across restaurant outlets and special events. Your role ensures high-quality service, team performance, and compliance with safety and service standards. You will be a visible leader on the floor, maintaining a guest-focused environment and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Food & Beverage Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage meetings and special events
• Train and empower team members to deliver outstanding service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment that exceeds local inspection standards
• Provide on-floor supervision during meal periods to ensure consistent service quality
• Recognize and reward team member performance
• Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures
• Train team members on restaurant standards and procedures
• Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely manner
• Perform daily cash drops and complete end-of-day financial reports
• Monitor and enforce proper cash handling procedures
• Track team schedules and performance, reporting concerns as needed
• Oversee service standards to ensure exceptional dining experiences
• Ensure compliance with all SLED laws
• Fill-in where needed across FOH and BOH positions
• Manage opening and closing procedures to company standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays
• Experience supervising a team in a restaurant setting
• Prior banquet and special event coordination experience preferred
• Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and general computer applications
• Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members
• Responsibility, reliability, and honesty
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors
