We're seeking an enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Council Bluffs. This is more than just a job-it's an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives every day.
What You'll Do

As a Scheduling Coordinator , you'll be the go-to between our clients and Care Advocates. Your mission? Ensure that clients receive reliable, compassionate care-on time, every time.

You'll:

Coordinate and optimize daily schedules for caregivers and clients

Build trusting relationships with clients and team members

Solve challenges with a positive, can-do attitude

Maintain accurate records while juggling multiple priorities

Be a go-to resource for excellent service and support

This role is perfect for someone who's organized, proactive, and enjoys working with people in a meaningful way.

High discretion and integrity when handling confidential information

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience with WellSky Personal Care (a plus, not required)

The ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
