Senior Tax Accountant And Tax ManagerWe are seeking experienced tax professionals to join our Cerritos-based public accounting firm. Whether you are an accomplished Senior Tax Accountant or an experienced Tax Manager, we offer an engaging client-facing environment, strong career growth potential, and a supportive team culture.About the Roles:Both positions require strong technical expertise in tax preparation and planning, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to client service. You'll work closely with clients across industries, handling complex tax matters and contributing to our firm's reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and exempt organization tax returns, including multi-state filings.Review client general ledgers and financial statements; prepare adjusting journal entries for book and tax purposes.Provide proactive tax planning and consulting to clients.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients.Supervise and mentor Tax Accountants and Associates, review their work, and support their professional development (Manager-level only).Requirements:CPA designation requiredBachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's in Taxation a plus)Minimum 5 years' recent public accounting experience for Sr. Tax Accountant; 8+ years and proven team leadership for Tax ManagerStrong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulationsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsBenefits:Compensation & Benefits:Sr. Tax Accountant: $125K+ base, full benefitsTax Manager: $130K–$140K+ base, full benefitsComprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement
