Finance Manager

Overview Finance Manager – Manufacturing | Location: Park Ridge, NJ (Onsite). We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join a growing manufacturing organization in Park Ridge, NJ. This role will be responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the business, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Lead month-end reporting and provide actionable financial insights to support business performance Drive monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve performance Partner with operations and leadership to support strategic initiatives and business planning Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, modeling, and reporting as needed Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and overall efficiency within Finance Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting Minimum 5+ years of relevant financial analysis experience with progressive responsibility Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (Power BI and Microsoft D365 a plus) Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to influence decision-making Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across departments This is a fully onsite role offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
