About the Position

Our client in Oregon is seeking a skilled Optometrist for an 85-day assignment. This full-time, Monday to Friday position involves providing comprehensive eye examinations for adult and pediatric patients, diagnosing and managing a broad range of medical and ocular conditions, and performing contact lens evaluations and fittings. The Optometrist will also perform minor in-office procedures and co-manage surgical patients in coordination with ophthalmologists. Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive eye examinations for adult and pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of medical and ocular conditions.
• Perform contact lens evaluations and fittings.
• Perform minor in-office procedures, including bump/removal procedures when qualified.
• Evaluate and manage patients with medical eye conditions.
• Co-manage surgical patients in coordination with ophthalmologists and other providers.
• Provide pre- and post-operative eye care as appropriate.
• Manage approximately 30–40 patient visits per day with scribe support.
• Provide care across multiple clinic locations.
• Communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff; Spanish-language proficiency is preferred.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with ophthalmology and other members of the care team to ensure continuity of patient care.

• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Patients per Day: 30-40 patients with scribe
• LOA: 85 Days
• Staffing Mix: Will have a scribe that will work alongside them
