Construction Project Manager

Our client, NYC-based real estate developer, is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team to work on residential projects. Responsibilities: Assist senior PM with all project phases (preconstruction to completion) Work with key stakeholders including Architects, Subcontractors, Vendors, etc Manage project schedules, budgets, and planning Own the documentation of each project (progress reports, logs, submittals, etc) Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to all health and safety standards Monitor project expenses, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost control Identify and address project risks, ensuring compliance with building codes Supervise project teams and ensure tasks are completed efficiently Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field 3-6+ years of experience in construction project management Microsoft Office experience is required Procore experience is required Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Genuine Search Group
