Title: Support Specialist

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Location: Lewisville, TX

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST

Note: this is a W2 contract position; this position is NOT open to C2C, 1099, or 3 rd party candidates

This role is responsible for performing a variety of administrative activities in support of their assigned work team. They may assist executives in budget preparation, record maintenance, and generating reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc., using company software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations. They may design processes to enhance workflow. They will serve as an administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues. Additionally, this role will;

· Open/close the front lobby desk daily

· Be responsible for physical security at front desk, and produce temporary security access badges for employees, contractors, and visitors, including communicate with security all badge request (access, missing, and/or replacements)

· Prepare daily log in sheet for client’s arrivals day prior, based on client resource calendars

· Manage daily calls and transfer to desired department, primarily interacting with guests and staff

· Handle mail distribution, FedEx, and any facility-related emails, passing them along to the appropriate person(s)

· Help with any/all services needed with clients, including taxis, the coffee bar, paperwork copies, welcome packets, hotels, restaurants, etc.

· Stock all lobby needs; fridge, candy dishes, coffee, etc., along with facility office supplies

Position Qualifications:

· 0-3 years’ experience in facility management, customer service, client relations, or other related field preferred

· Must be a great communicator, professional, and team player

· Highly efficient, self-motivated, and well-organized at planning and prioritizing work; developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work

· Independent and proactive working ability

· Ability to work under pressure and to manage a varied and complex workload effectively

· Ability to properly utilize all systems for maximum efficiencies (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word)

· A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
