About the Role

As the Concierge, you're the first impression and the lasting memory. You'll welcome guests, guide them through their visit, and ensure every moment feels seamless, warm, and elevated. You'll also help keep the studio running smoothly behind the scenes, all while being part of a fun, healthfocused, peoplecentered team.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests with warmth and genuine hospitality
• Manage checkins, checkouts, and appointment scheduling
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment
• Educate guests on The Frenchies Way and ensure a smooth experience
• Promote the Frenchies Polish Pass and encourage enrollment
• Provide attentive, proactive service throughout each guest's visit
• Support the team with daily studio operations

Qualifications

Required:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Professional, friendly, teamoriented attitude

Preferred:
• Experience as a receptionist or concierge
