Education
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
- Holds a diploma or certificate approved by a State Board of Nursing
Licensure & Certification
- Valid Oklahoma or Multi-State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR Certification
Experience
- 0-6 months of related nursing or clinical experience
- Experience providing direct patient care under RN supervision preferred
Clinical Competencies
- IV therapy and medication administration per department policy
- Knowledge of disease management, clinical pathways, and patient care standards
