This person will be responsible for the planning and executing of assigned installation projects and project goals. They will create and deliver reports, analyze data from project execution, and any other duties as determined by the Installation team.Here at EyeQ, people matter. Any new team members we bring on have to live and breathe our core values, just like we do.We value trusted partnerships.We believe in the value of transparent, reliable and growing relationships with our team and customers and turn away people and businesses that don't fit.We build to last.We focus on long-term solutions and spend requisite time to ensure our solutions will work the first time.We take the hill.We are excited to take on challenging work, find new solutions and technology frontiers, and attack problems others are scared of; as such, we celebrate failing fast, being transparent, and working with people who we trust to run up those hills with us.We enjoy the journey.We take our customer needs but not ourselves seriously; Our work is a part of our life we want to enjoy unapologetically; We are proud of the mission we are entrusted with and the team we get to serve with every day.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all assigned projects kick-off, ongoing maintenance, final execution and client hand-off to Customer ExperienceOwnership of project financial and operational forecastingResponsible for initiating and maintaining ongoing communication of status and project updates to internal stakeholders and external clientsCoordinate installation schedules with technicians, customers and general contractors as neededWork with the Provisioning department for configuration and testing of hardware and softwareWork with the Technical Services team to provide network support to a variety of operating systemsMaintain project tracker/backlog ensuring it is always up to date to keep track of and report on project progress and statusSolicit and obtain quotes from sub-contractors and materials vendorsProcure materials and labor for jobs/projects including negotiating pricing with vendors and/or subcontractors neededIdentify any issues and ensure they are resolved promptlyResearch information as requiredSite visits as needed to determine the quality of the installation/projectBe a contributing member of weekly Installation team meetings and reporting of the following KPI's:Project varianceProject cycle timesCustomer project ratingsAny other KPI's assigned by the department headOther duties assignedRequirementsPhysical Restrictions & RequirementsMust be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., ability to carry boxes/packagesSits in a chair at a desk or in a car, retrieves items/supplies on overhead shelves, reach for files located in bottom file cabinets, walking, standing, bending, and stoopingMust be able to use calculator, telephone, computer/keyboard, and various office machines daily and be able to read and write business documentsRequired Qualities & Skillset3–5-years project management experienceAble to manage-up to department leader consistently and effectivelyProficient in all Microsoft applicationsAuthorized to work in the USProven ability in verbal and written communications with internal partners and external clientsDetail-oriented and consistent work-ethicHighly organized and able to multitaskAble to travel to sites as neededPreferred Skills, Certifications & ExperienceExperience in security integration project managementExperience working with security integration installation technician subcontractor baseExperience in Low Voltage project managementExperience in IP Camera Installation project management
