Alignment Technician – Hunter HawkEye Elite Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Alignment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience performing vehicle alignments and be proficient with the Hunter HawkEye Elite alignment system.

This position involves working on a wide range of vehicles, including cars, SUVs, trucks, lifted vehicles, luxury vehicles, and performance cars. Precision, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical, as well as the ability to properly diagnose and correct alignment issues while protecting each customer’s vehicle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform precise 2-wheel and 4-wheel alignments using the Hunter HawkEye Elite system.
• Diagnose alignment issues, suspension wear, and steering problems.
• Adjust camber, caster, and toe to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect suspension components, steering systems, and related parts.
• Work on standard vehicles, lifted trucks, lowered cars, and performance vehicles.
• Ensure proper setup and calibration of alignment equipment.
• Maintain accurate alignment reports and documentation.
• Safely lift and position vehicles on alignment racks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Provide professional and respectful customer service.
• Follow all shop safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience performing vehicle alignments.
• Strong experience using the Hunter HawkEye Elite alignment machine is required.
• Solid understanding of suspension systems and steering components.
• Ability to diagnose and correct complex alignment issues.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Must be comfortable working on a wide range of vehicles, including luxury and performance models.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean criminal history.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and participate in random drug screenings throughout employment.
• ASE certification is a big plus.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in precision work, understands the importance of proper alignment, and can deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: Commission only — $40 per alignment sold at $130–$150, and $20 per alignment sold at $50–$100

• Can easily make $200 - $400 each day up to 4 days a week !!!
• POTENTIAL TO MAKE UP TO $6400 A MONTH BEFORE TAXES
