Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite | Weekend and holiday availability required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a combined Adult/Pediatric, non-trauma Emergency Department setting
• Perform triage assessments and manage patient flow within a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Administer blood products, manage central lines, perform phlebotomy, and start IVs
• Administer continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, and procedural sedation
• Manage ventilated patients, administer CPAP/BiPAP, and interpret ABGs
• Float to other campus locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Active RN license in hand at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)
• No open background cases permitted; active driver's license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with triage in a high-volume emergency department environment
• Familiarity with combined Adult and Pediatric emergency care settings
• Comfort with floating to multiple facility locations as needed
