Coordinate communications with department personnel. Greet and assist visitors and district personnel. Xerox and distribute copies. Receive, process, and distribute mail. Keep daily and monthly reports up-to-date, record and distribute. Maintain filing system. Equipment Used Personal computer, typewriter, printer, copier, and fax machine. Working Conditions Maintain emotional control under stress; work with frequent interruptions. Repetitive hand motions.
