The Valley College of Osteopathic Medicine (Valley COM) is a new osteopathic medical school in Greater Phoenix, Arizona, preparing to welcome its inaugural class. This role builds relationships with applicants, evaluates candidates in partnership with the admissions committee, and represents Valley COM's mission at recruiting events. What You'll Do: Support the institution's mission by recruiting mission-aligned applicants Advise prospective students on the application process and requirements Review applications and support the admissions committee's evaluation process Represent Valley COM at recruitment fairs, school visits, and virtual events Conduct applicant interviews as part of the selection process Maintain accurate applicant records in the admissions CRM/database Collaborate with Student Services and Academic Affairs on yield and enrollment strategy Support accreditation-related admissions documentation and compliance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred Experience in higher education admissions, preferably in a health sciences or medical education setting Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and relationship-building skills Ability to travel for recruitment events as needed Proficiency with CRM/admissions database systems Commitment to Valley COM's mission of expanding access to osteopathic medical education #J-18808-Ljbffr The Valley College of Osteopathic Medicine
