ADI Construction is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Northern Virginia.

At ADI, our Project Managers take ownership of their projects, build strong client relationships, and work closely with leadership and project teams to deliver successful projects. We offer the opportunity to work on challenging commercial projects while being part of a collaborative, close-knit team.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial construction projects from bidding through completion
• Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
• Manage project contracts, budgets, schedules, and financial performance
• Oversee bidding, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, owner requisitions, and subcontractor billings
• Coordinate with Superintendents and project teams to keep projects on schedule
• Review Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans and specifications
• Maintain accurate project documentation using Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook

What We're Looking For

• Commercial construction experience; GC experience preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, means, and methods
• Ability to read and understand Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans
• Experience with project accounting, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach and ability to take ownership of projects
