North America ATS is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to lead Transportation Operations Management (TOM) planning and process improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to create and innovate on behalf of our customers and build the transportation experience of the future. This role will have heavy impact and high visibility to the long‑term strategy for the business, and it will require strong partnership with planning teams as well as Finance and Operations Support groups. Regular collaboration with executives and various business units across Amazon will allow you the opportunity to exhibit your verbal and written communication skills. A typical day in this role provides an opportunity to improve and create new measures for business effectiveness, innovate creative solutions utilizing large scale data mining tools, and identify high priority projects to maximize results for key stakeholders. Key Job Responsibilities Lead financial reporting and modeling initiatives, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive global strategic decisions Analyze key performance indicators and validate Champion data integrity and financial controls as a Controllership priority Proactively identify and resolve complex reporting issues while implementing cost‑effective risk management solutions Guide business partners through financial decision‑making, particularly in ambiguous situations with limited data. Provide balanced analysis of financial and operational trade‑offs to support informed choices Communicate complex financial information with clarity and precision, adapting your approach for different audiences.
