Job Summary As a member of the Finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst will be integral in efficiently scaling a fast-growing company. The Senior Financial Analyst will build detailed financial models and perform analyses to support a wide range of strategic growth and operational initiatives. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis Collaborate with leadership to drive annual planning process including five-year plan, operating budget, capital budget, and company strategy. Partner with business units to understand financial performance and develop/implement action plans to achieve objectives. Provide thorough and thoughtful financial analysis to drive better informed decision‑making. Financial Reporting & Cross‑Functional Partnership Partner with Accounting team in developing relevant and timely financial reporting for business leaders. Cultivate and sustain effective working relationships across the company. Professional Integrity & Discretion Manage sensitive information and exercise excellent judgement and discretion. Other Duties Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant work experience. Minimum of five (5) years' experience in financial planning and analysis. Expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and financial modeling. Collaborative and service focused, comfortable working with employees at all levels. Flexible and adaptive in a rapidly changing environment. Self-starter, ability to work independently while achieving desired performance metrics. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations. Ability to multi‑task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to work within critical deadlines. Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules. Ability to provide excellent customer service.
