Senior Financial Analyst

About the Position The Senior Financial Analyst supports HUB Northwest’s accounting and FP&A functions, partnering with Finance leadership on monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and the integration of newly acquired businesses. Responsibilities Maintain and analyze the general ledger and monthly activity within the Oracle ERP system (including Oracle Hyperion financial reporting software) Support month‑end close Review financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) and perform balance sheet reconciliations Research, identify, and communicate key variances in financial and operational metrics Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions Support the monthly forecast and annual budget process Support Finance leadership with day‑to‑day tasks and ad hoc requests Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Strong organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work under tight timelines Proactive, self‑directed work ethic with the ability to anticipate needs At least three years of relevant experience preferred Compensation and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $80,000‑$100,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
