Entry-Level Telecom Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with customers to promote and sell AT&T’s wireless, internet, and entertainment products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions to elevate their digital lifestyle.
• Manage new customer accounts while delivering exceptional service and closing sales.
• Stay informed on AT&T’s latest promotions, technology, and product updates.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Collaborate with a driven, high-energy team in a fun and supportive retail environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided!)

Position Details

• Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Work Environment: 100% in-person. No remote work.
