3C Innovations is seeking an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative to represent leading telecommunications providers inside major retail locations. In this role, you'll engage directly with customers, educate them on wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions, and help them find products and services that best fit their needs. No prior experience is required! We provide paid training and a clear path for career advancement.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers through friendly, face-to-face interactions in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on telecommunications products, services, promotions, and technology.
• Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Complete sales while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales, customer service, and leadership training.
• Represent our clients professionally while building brand awareness.

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age/Auth: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Schedule: Full-time availability, including weekends as needed.
• Location: In-person position inside retail locations.

What We Offer

Compensation: $15.92-$30.00 per hour , based on experience and performance.

Employees are also eligible to earn performance-based commissions . Employees are guaranteed at least their hourly wages for all hours worked (including applicable overtime). When earned commissions exceed hourly wages for the applicable pay period, employees receive the higher commission amount in accordance with applicable law.

Top performers typically earn between $800-$2,000 per week. Individual earnings are based on performance and are not guaranteed.
