This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our growth and expansion, particularly in our newest department of hospice for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth in hospice, home health, and medical equipment services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and organizations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Create and submit end-of-day reports to management detailing progress and results.
• Participate in community events and join relevant organizations to enhance A Hug Away Healthcare’s presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials.
• Provide minimal training and onboarding for new team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of producing tangible results in business development within the healthcare sector.
• Strong existing relationships with medical professionals and organizations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in community events and join relevant organizations.
• Experience in pediatric hospice care is a plus.
