Front Desk ReceptionistBay State Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Full time - 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be the front office point person, handling scheduling and day-to-day workflow. You will oversee the check-in/out process, ensuring it's fast, friendly, and accurate, and you will act as the go-to for insurance verifications, authorizations, and co-pay collections. You'll be the engine that keeps our clinic running smoothly and ensures every patient feels seen and heard. Our Fall River clinic is built around an experienced, collaborative clinical team that truly feels like family – often referred to as the Friver Family and Friver Forever. We foster a supportive, close-knit environment where clinicians work together, learn from one another, and enjoy coming to work each day. We operate as a dual-discipline clinic offering both physical therapy and chiropractic care, creating a well-rounded, team-based approach to patient treatment.
