Veterinary ReceptionistAcoaxet Veterinary Clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy and growing general practice team.As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience while helping our hospital run smoothly each day.Responsibilities include:Welcoming clients and pets with exceptional customer serviceScheduling appointments and managing the daily appointment flowAnswering phone calls, emails, and client inquiriesChecking patients in and out for appointmentsProcessing payments and maintaining accurate recordsEntering and updating client and patient information in our practice management systemKeeping the reception area clean, organized, and welcomingAssisting with administrative tasks and supporting the veterinary team as neededEscalating complex client concerns to management when appropriateQualifications:Minimum of 12 months of experience in a veterinary practice requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience with veterinary software is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidatePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceEmployee discountEmployee assistance programLife insurancePaid time offIf you are passionate about helping people and pets, enjoy working as part of a team, and are looking for an opportunity to grow in veterinary medicine, we'd love to hear from you!
