Responsibilities

Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

Call Handling: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing information and assistance as needed.

Document Management: Maintain and organize company documents, records, and files efficiently.

Client Interaction: Assist clients with inquiries, providing support and directing them to appropriate personnel.

Office Coordination: Assist with daily office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Communication: Facilitate communication between departments and externally when required.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or reception role is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively greet and direct clients and visitors.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.

Customer Service: A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with standard office equipment.
