This role ensures the balance of revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintains files, resets the system for next day operations, and inputs data into the front office system for revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary. Key Responsibilities Audit and maintain data for the hotel per nightly operations. Input data into front office systems (Opera, BirchStreet, or Profit Sage). Generate daily revenue/expense reports. Reset system for next day operations. Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Qualifications Experience with Opera, BirchStreet, or Profit Sage preferred. Hotel experience preferred. Minimum of one year working in a similar position. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to work flexible shifts.
