If interested in this Assembler position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | View email address on click.appcast.io | text View phone number on click.appcast.io ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Covington GA 30014 – 100% on-site Payrate: $15.50/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Overtime may be required based on production needs ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Assembler role involves assembling, inspecting, sorting, and moving materials while maintaining quality standards and accurate documentation. Candidates must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment and following established procedures and quality guidelines. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES: Assemble, inspect, and sort materials and components Move materials, parts, and finished products using handcarts and other equipment Frequent heavy lifting - up to 50 lbs Read rulers and perform basic measurements accurately Complete quality records and maintain proper documentation Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support production goals and quality standards Perform other duties as assigned ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1 year of continuous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-related role Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail and documentation practices Ability to work effectively in a team environment Must be available to work overtime when required Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting Frequent repetitive use of hands and wrists Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot summer and cold winter conditions Ability to work in a moderate to loud manufacturing environment Take the Next Step!
