Reconcilitation Clerk This is a part-time position scheduled Monday-Friday, 5-6 hours per shift. Requires availability every other Sunday for an 8-hour shift. Our commitment to exceptional customer service and high-quality experiences is central to everything we do. We are looking for a responsible Reconciliation Clerk to join our team! Position Responsibilities and Duties Independently review daily sales reports for accuracy and completeness. Reconcile all forms of payments to the POS system totals. Verify proper documentation and approval of voids, refunds, and over/short reports. Identify, document, and escalate discrepancies between funds and system reports. Maintain audit-ready documentation of all reconciliations and variances. Safeguard sensitive financial information and maintain strict confidentiality. Support internal and external audit requests, as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling SOP's, and internal control standards. Qualifications Previous banking or treasury experience is required. Experience performing reconciliations or revenue audits is preferred. Working knowledge of internal control principles and segregation of duties. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and anomalies.
