Work Environment\n

As a remote position within a community health clinic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that shares a common vision of promoting mental well-being. You will engage in regular meetings with fellow clinicians and support staff to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes. Our clinic operates from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week, which allows for flexible scheduling to accommodate our clients and your personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor will involve:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals, groups, couples, and families.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
