Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Family Medicine Physician , you will join CHI Health Clinic in Council Bluffs, Iowa , and become part of a growing, multispecialty team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Every day you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, develop long-term relationships with patients, collaborate with specialists and hospital-based providers, and contribute to a culture focused on quality, access, and continuity of care. To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible physician with strong clinical skills, a commitment to preventive and evidence-based medicine, and a passion for serving patients across the continuum of care. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients, colleagues, and the community. Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a traditional ambulatory clinic setting Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population Deliver preventive care, wellness services, and chronic disease management to support long-term patient health Develop lasting relationships with patients and families through continuity of care Practice within a collaborative multispecialty environment designed to enhance care coordination and patient outcomes Participate in a shared clinic call schedule designed to promote work-life balance Utilize EPIC as the integrated electronic medical record in both the clinic and hospital settings Academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care We are offering a two-year salary guarantee, relocation assistance, bonus, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to join an established and rapidly growing primary care practice.
