Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist position requires OASIS, home health, and hospice experience. The role involves traveling from patient to patient for home visits. Candidates must be able to manage and adjust to changes in schedule. Experience with an EMR system is preferred. The position involves outpatient care with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with holiday coverage as needed.
