Commercial Roofing Service Manager Compensation: $75,000+ base salary, plus performance-based bonus Benefits: Company vehicle, gas card, health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, company laptop and smartphone Our client, an established commercial roofing contractor, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Manager to help grow and manage its service operations. This position requires someone who understands commercial roofing, can build long-term customer relationships, and is comfortable actively selling roofing service, repair, maintenance, and replacement projects. The ideal candidate will have a stable employment history, strong communication skills, and a track record of generating revenue. Responsibilities Develop new business by calling on prospective and existing customers Sell commercial roofing service, maintenance, repair, and replacement projects Build and maintain a strong customer base Estimate, price, and manage commercial roofing service jobs Provide customers with a responsive and professional experience Coordinate scheduling, documentation, job updates, and internal communication Work closely with estimating, operations, safety, and field teams Support the training and professional development of field employees Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, and to company quality standards Represent the company’s core values of honesty, safety, quality, and teamwork Qualifications 3–5+ years of commercial roofing experience 3+ years of sales, business development, or customer service experience Proven ability to sell and close commercial roofing projects Experience estimating or managing roofing service work Strong customer relationship and account-management skills Stable employment history with good tenure in prior positions Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple projects Positive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities Compensation and Benefits Base salary starting at $75,000 , depending on experience Structured performance-based bonus plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company vehicle and gas card Company laptop and smartphone Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays 401(k) Optional life insurance Training and Resources Interactive web-based training Ongoing professional development opportunities Direct access to the estimating department Support from a full-time safety department Resources and training designed to help grow the service operation The position includes an initial 90-day introductory period, followed by a performance evaluation and eligibility for the structured bonus program. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cruitin
