Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Production Control Coordinator for a reputable Missoula manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.

Job Duties

Coordinate production schedules and work orders
Monitor inventory levels and material availability
Maintain and update ERP/MRP system data
Work closely with production, purchasing, sales, and shipping teams
Track inventory, production progress, and customer deadlines
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency
Ensure production documentation is accurate and up to date

Requirements

1+ years of experience in production planning, inventory control, manufacturing, or related field preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
ERP/MRP software experience preferred
Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
