Opportunity Highlights

Flexible shift-based schedule: 3-3.5 shifts/week, 11-hour shifts

Minimal weekend and holiday commitments

No call responsibilities-clean handoffs and efficient workflows

Competitive compensation aligned with AAAP benchmarks

CME allowance of $5K and two weeks CME time

30+ days PTO, increasing with tenure
