Key responsibilities Manage multi-state compliance and full-cycle payroll in Rippling, ensuring audit-ready records Drive full-cycle recruiting from job description creation to onboarding top-tier talent Administer benefits and design engagement programs to support employee professional development Required qualifications 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as a generalist Strong working knowledge of California and Arizona state employment laws Availability for full-time work within Pacific Time Zone business hours Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly preferred
