COMPENSATION:
$23-$27 HourlyKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Execute all menu items with precision, consistency, and speed, following Tallow’s recipes and standards.- Maintain mise en place and organization throughout service.
- Operate and maintain cooking equipment in Tallow’s modern, electric kitchen
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plus- Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
- Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Maintain a valid Food Handler’s Certification in the state of New York
