We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who values people for who they are and is excited to walk alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they engage in the activities they love and pursue their goals. Work Schedule Monday-Wednesday 7 AM - 3 PM ; Thursday and Friday 1 PM - 9 PM A Day In The Life You’ll spend your days supporting a group of fun, vibrant individuals who enjoy: Watching animated Movies & cartoons Listening to music Engaging in conversation Spending time with family Going to the gym This group is looking for someone who is kind, dependable, a good communicator, and most of all—someone who enjoys spending time with them. If you’re someone who takes joy in building real connections and being present in the moment, you’ll thrive here. How You’ll Support Help individuals live independently by assisting with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and taking medication Support community engagement, whether that’s a walk in the park attending a local event.
