Technical Solutions Strategist, Infinite Labs

DESCRIPTION You will contribute technical expertise, guiding AI app development and deployment and evangelize Apple platforms and technologies alongside our team of technical and design experts across the full innovation lifecycle. You will evaluate customer challenges, frame what success looks like, and mobilize technical experts, designers, and customer teams to get there. You will simplify technical complexity for business audiences, keep multi-workstream engagements on track, and build the trusted relationships that drive long-term platform adoption. You will facilitate workshops at our labs in Cupertino and develop thought leadership and documentation for inclusion in customer and partner events. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, product development or customer success roles within technical product or platform environments. Understanding of AI/ML computing principles and how organizations adopt emerging technologies. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements from ambiguity to delivered outcomes, with strong planning and milestone discipline. Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable narratives for business audiences at all levels of an organization. Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, written and verbal. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners without direct authority. Comfort operating in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities with a high degree of autonomy and follow-through. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Working familiarity with the Apple ecosystem and developer platforms (such as Swift, SwiftUI, Apple Intelligence, Core ML) sufficient to guide conversations, without needing to build hands-on. Experience supporting or coordinating solution architecture, proof-of-concept, or reference implementation work delivered by technical teams.
