Urology Gynecology Sales Representative

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative in Houston to drive growth across these specialties in key markets. The role involves training surgeons on da Vinci systems, developing strategic accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to expand clinical adoption and case volume.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate urology and gynecology adoption rates in assigned MSA markets
- Train new and existing surgeons on da Vinci total practice capabilities and procedures
- Establish regional case observation sites and training epicenters
- Build clinical and economic value datasets demonstrating da Vinci outcomes
- Serve as market intelligence liaison for urology and gynecology marketing teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours
- Urology or gynecology experience preferred
- Proven clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility
- Strong influence and communication abilities across complex organizations
- Track record of sales excellence
Compensation: $223,200 target on-target earnings (base pay plus commission)
