Project Coordinator

Role Description

The Project Coordinator is a core operational support role within Talent Solutions Operations, responsible for coordinating the day-to-day logistics and administrative activities required to successfully deliver Talent Solutions programs. This role supports a variety of Talent Solutions products, including:

• Executive Coaching
• Accelerator
• Custom leadership development programs
• Single-offering Group Development programs
• Assessment administration

The Project Coordinator works closely with Project Managers, consultants, coaches, facilitators, clients, and internal teams to ensure:

• Programs are well-organized
• Materials and systems are prepared
• Milestones are tracked
• All parties have the information and support needed for successful delivery

This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a professional business environment, preferably in project coordination, operations, professional services, consulting, or a client-facing role
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach
• Ability to learn and effectively use new systems, processes, and technologies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Requirements

• Experience coordinating multiple projects, assignments, or processes simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and maintain accurate records
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, facilitators, and internal stakeholders
