You will be coordinating information across various account teams and production studios to better allow the teams to maintain optimal efficiency throughout projects. In this role, you will be required to take initiative, use good judgment on non-routine matters (scheduling, troubleshooting project and client issues), demonstrate your ability to make decisions or get decisions made, and take information and turn it into wise action. Location: We are open to hiring for remote work from any location in the US.Preferred Experience:High school diploma, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or other related degree, or equivalent combination of education and experienceWork experience in Architecture, Engineering, Design, and/or Construction Services field is idealExperience working in a support role in a team/group settingExperience coordinating teams and projectsComfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Word, Excel) to assist with scheduling, daily tasks, special projects and updatesAbility to identify priorities and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environmentStrong sense of initiative, ability to identify next steps, and offer support where neededWhat matters to our associates matters to us.
