Project Coordinator

• Project Coordinator - Systems Analyst – Mid o Description – Coordinate project activities; the candidate will be responsible for life cycle management of IT projects based on clients requirements. This includes definition of requirements, research, analysis, and selection of COTS solutions or designing custom solutions, analysis of security impact, definition of test plans, use/test cases and pilot testing the solution. The candidate will work directly with the client and their contractors as well as with NDSFG team in a collaborative fashion to define solutions to meet the client’s business needs. Candidates will communicate with employees and contractors; displaying strong customer service skills, using professionalism, tact and diplomacy at all times in order to answer support calls; and coordinate with vendors on pickups, returns, and on-site repairs. The candidate will also be responsible for documenting interactions through minutes, status reports, and schedule updates.o Required Skills - 3+ years of experience providing support in an IT organization (Analysis, Diagnosis, Remediation, Testing, Performance Analysis) - 3 years systems analyst or project coordinator- 3 years experience with requirements analyzing and developing software requirements - 3 years experience performing software testing - Background working in systems analysis/quality assurance in an IT environment - US Citizenship is required (as per our contract requirements) - Position requires that you are able to obtain (and maintain) a Public Trust clearance - 3 year technical writing and business communicationso Desired Skills- ITIL Service Management- User Acceptance Testing- Troubleshooting experience- Project coordination/management experience - Systems Development - Architecture Designo Responsibilities include:- Facilitate the gathering in requirements including documentation of business and technical requirements and documentation of a requirements traceability matrix.- Perform research and analysis of various COTS solutions to meet the requirements- Responsible for synthesizing customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints.- Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems.- Coordinates integrated testing activities.- Coordinates project meetings, status, document updates, manages action lists, etc. - Provide project scheduling and monitoring of results against the schedule.- Reviews and evaluates test requirements to insure completeness of test program.- Performs analysis of completed documents and ensures preparedness for moving to the next phase.- Prepare documentation for submission to governance boards (Changes, Release Readiness, Phase Gate Reviews)- Coordinates training where required. - Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains standards for software quality operating methods, processes, systems and procedures.- Ensures that project and process control documentation are compliant with requirements, objectives and/or contract.- Reviews include applicable specifications, materials, tools, techniques, and methodologies.- Performs or directs verification of software requirement allocations, traceability, and testability.Posting Date:Department: -
