Services and Facilities Director

Services and Facilities Director (Clayton, MO) Stange Law Firm has an immediate opening for a dynamic, highly organized, and motivated professional to lead the firm’s Services and Facilities Department. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring our multi-office environment runs efficiently, professionally, and consistently across all locations. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conduct regular visits to satellite office locations to ensure operational consistency and quality standards Travel to and from office locations as needed (required for this role) Maintain organization and upkeep of workspaces, file rooms, and closed file storage areas Manage and monitor inventory of office supplies across all locations Oversee office appearance, ensuring a clean, professional, and client‑ready environment Ensure functionality of office systems, including technology, computers, security systems, lighting, and general equipment Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services as needed Ensure phones, video conferencing systems, and meeting technology are fully operational Assist with lease management, including renewals, new site coordination, and landlord communications Support general operational needs across offices and attend required meetings Qualifications Bachelor’s or associate's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment Experience managing multi‑location operations, facilities, leasing, IT coordination, or vendor management is strongly preferred Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and general systems/technology comfort) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable Strong attendance and punctuality required Law firm experience is a plus, but not required Location This position is currently based in Clayton, Missouri , and will transition to our new office in Creve Coeur, Missouri in August 2026.
