Mailroom And Dock Service Supervisor

IST Management Services is hiring for a mailroom and dock service supervisor in St. Louis. Mailroom and Dock Site Supervisor oversees daily operations of the campus mailroom and loading dock. This role ensures accurate, timely, and secure receipt, distribution, and shipment of mail, packages, freight, and supplies across campus. The supervisor leads staff, enforces safety and compliance standards, coordinates with carriers and campus partners, and maintains efficient workflows in support of academic and administrative operations.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to recipients upon arrival after logging them for 100% accountability
• Have a valid driver license
• Lifting packages up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Driving a company vehicle to 3 set buildings for package/mail delivery and office services duties
• Respond, coordinate service calls with property management and or outside contractors
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support client and site needs

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license to drive company vehicle
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
• Self motivation
