Lead Esthetician & Spa Operations Manager

The Only Facial

The Only Facial is seeking an on-site Store Manager who is a licensed esthetician to lead a small spa team and ensure exceptional client experiences. You will oversee operations, scheduling, inventory, and guest care to maintain a welcoming environment. You will recruit and coach staff, set performance standards, and work with the owner on marketing and community initiatives.
